Returns and Exchanges

Products on 20eight.in are designer made, and hand embroidered and handcrafted. Due to the intricate nature of the work by human hands, there may be some minor discrepancies between what you see and what you order. Having said that, we take a lot of care to ensure that we only send out our best work to you.

There are no return/refund and exchange in any conditions once the products are purchased, all sales are final

Delivery:

20eight assures the use of the best possible transfer/courier agencies to deliver your product or products.

Shipping Charges:

Additional shipping charges if any will be mentioned at the time of checkout. Shipping charges are volumetric and may differ from one product to another.

Shipping Time:

All our products are made to order(MTO), and will be delivered in 3-4 weeks.

Note: These times are merely indicative and your order may be shipped earlier or later than the mentioned data depending on availability and several other factors. Dispatch time may also vary from product to product.

Shipment Tracking:

Once the order has been handed to the courier agency, 20eight.in will send the tracking details to you so that you can check the status of your order.

NOTE: The tracking code may take 24 hours after shipment to activate

Cancellations:

Orders once placed cannot be canceled.

Manufacturing Defects/Product Received in Damaged Condition:

In case a defective product is received, please be sure to provide us with a video of unboxing the product - email us on info@20eight.in with the video and clear images of the damage. The information has to be comprehensive with all possible information we may need to help 20eight.in ascertain the damage.
