20eight.in orders are processed from our own workshop in Hyderabad.
We use reliable courier and transfer partners to ensure safe delivery of your order.

Shipping Time:
All products are made to order and are typically delivered within 3–4 weeks.
Please note that delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on product availability, production timelines, and other factors. Dispatch times may also differ from product to product.
Shipment Tracking:
Once your order has been handed over to the courier partner, tracking details will be shared with you.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
Delivery Address Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at the time of placing an order.
20eight shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Receipt of Order:
Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier partner, 20eight shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to the package thereafter.
Split Shipments:
In certain cases, orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately, depending on product availability and production timelines.
International Shipping:
We do not currently offer shipping outside India.

Products on 20eight.in are designer-made, hand embroidered, and hand crafted. Due to the intricate nature of work done by human hands, there may be minor discrepancies between the product images displayed on the website and the product received.
That said, we take great care to ensure that only our best work is delivered to you.
Made-to-Order Products
All products are made to order (MTO).
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

Please note that product specifications including (but not limited to) colour, handwork, size, weight, and finish are indicative and not exact.
All our products are handmade and may have natural variations in colour, detailing, and texture. These variations may arise due to the nature of fabric dyes, lighting conditions, photography settings, or the screen/display capabilities of the device used to view the product.
Such variations are inherent to handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
Are all products made to order?
Yes! And we take a lot of pride in the fact that it is all Made to Order. A lot of care, love, craftsmanship and expertise goes into each piece and like slow cooked biryani makes the dish more flavourful, our pieces are made with intention and take time. We want you to love it as much as we do!
Can I cancel, return, or exchange my order after placing it?
Unless it’s a manufacturing defect, we cannot accept cancelations, returns or exchanges. Please take extra time on the sizing section to make sure you’re ordering the correct size, and if it’s a manufacturing defect, please make sure you take a video as you unbox the product within 48 hours of delivery
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Orders can take anywhere between 3-4 weeks to be delivered, this is the outer limit of course, we will try to delivery as early as we can
How do I choose the right size?
We have tried to make the sizing chart as helpful as possible, if you have any questions, you can always reach out to us over email on info@20eight.in or text/call us on Whatsapp between 11am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday. But remember, Fit-related issues are not eligible for returns.
What if the product I receive looks slightly different from the images on the website?
These are handmade products and how something looks on the website depends on so many factors including cameras, editing, the screen you view the product on etc, and handmade products are unique because they carry minor differences. Such variations are not considered defects.
For anything major, make sure you send us an unboxing video with the detail that is different.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
Please email us at info@20eight.in within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video and images highlighting the damage or defect. This will help us assess and verify the issue.
Do you offer international shipping?
